	Affordable Care Act was one of the Social sciences and society good articles, but it has been removed from the list. Если родители используют Medicare в качестве своей медицинской страховки, она не обеспечивает покрытие для иждивенцев. Иждивенцы должны иметь индивидуальное право на покрытие Medicare. Я вынужден с вами здесь не согласиться. Термин «знаменательный» постоянно используется в отношении судебных решений или актов Конгресса, которые представляют собой существенное изменение статус-кво, даже в научных работах. В данном случае слово не обязательно имеет какой-либо положительный или отрицательный подтекст. Как сказано в начале статьи, ACA «представляет собой наиболее значительную нормативную перестройку и расширение охвата системы здравоохранения США с момента принятия Medicare и Medicaid в 1965 году». Это само по себе является основанием для использования прилагательного.
