Отличная статья! Я думаю, что вы правы, хотя организация названа в его честь именно потому, что не имеет к нему никакого отношения. Я не могу придумать, как вписать это в повествование статьи, и даже "См. также" может быть слишком. Вы можете добавить это в категорию Джеймса Г.
