Чаще всего banh uot относится к блюду, похожему на Bánh cuốn , но без начинки. И banh uot, и banh cuon подаются с Nước chấm и Chả lụa . Они готовятся одинаково, без начинки. Проблема в слове ướt, которое означает «мокрый». Рисовая бумага, которая также делается в основном таким же образом, обычно высушивается. Я недостаточно знаком, чтобы знать, используется ли мокрая рисовая бумага и как она называется.
