Относительно ссылки 20: на страницах 104 - 107 "The Pearl Book" я не смог найти никаких ссылок на экспортную стоимость таитянского жемчуга (https://books.google.nl/books?id=LI9tXpZ8dh8C&q=tahiti#v=snippet&q=tahiti&f=false).
