лучшее, что можно сделать, это поискать цитирование статьи. Я не эксперт, но Google scholar way it 3 цитирования. Это означает недостаточное обсуждение коллег, чтобы сделать вывод о какой-либо обоснованности. Поэтому вместо длинного текста лучше всего резюмировать резюме статьи, как это было сделано, например, здесь: "...Но пересмотр древних литературных свидетельств, линии римской дороги, акведуков и других сооружений, обнаруженных во время недавних раскопок в Телль-эль-Хаммаме в 3 км к северо-востоку, решительно подтверждает, что последний был административным центром Ливиаса" .
