Я оставил следующий отзыв для создателей/будущих рецензентов при рецензировании этой статьи: в статье говорится, что они «являются частью политических кампаний или были обозначены журналистами и исследователями как вероятная часть политических кампаний», однако в заголовке говорится, что это кампании на веб-сайтах по распространению дезинформации.

Может ли кто-то, кто редактирует эту статью, немного расширить lede, чтобы объяснить, что это за списки? Мне не очевидно из чтения lede, что содержит эта статья.
