Не знаю, смотрит ли кто-нибудь эту статью, но я немного поработал над ней, и мне было бы лучше, если бы носитель английского языка из Великобритании проверил мою орфографию. Американский английский кажется мне нормальным, поэтому я не всегда замечаю свои ошибки в британском английском. Я добавил довольно много в раздел «История», а также два новых изображения, все из отчета AAIB и приложений. В этом полете было допущено много типичных ошибок, и я хотел бы больше рассказать об этом в статье — проблемы со связью, очень перегруженный и уставший экипаж, усталость, усугубленная такими факторами, как высокая рабочая нагрузка при заходе на посадку, многочисленные сегменты и первая ночная смена после рабочих дней, затем отсутствие основных процедур, таких как вызов MSA и выполнение контрольного списка посадки, неблагоприятные погодные условия при заходе на посадку, неустойчивый заход на посадку, get-there-itis и т. д. Первоначально в статье говорилось, что у 6 домов сорвало крыши (не цитируется), но подробное описание повреждений на земле в отчете AAIB ничего подобного не говорит. Согласно видео "deadly tired! The dark truth..." на канале Youtube "Mentour Pilot", грузовой самолет использовался для перевозки живого скота из Великобритании в Амстердам.
